- Grapes: 100% Sangiovese;
- Production Area: Suvereto, Tuscany, Italy
- Production per hectare: 50 quintals;
- Harvest period: 1st week of October;
- Vinification system: maceration on skins for 22 days at controlled temperature;
- Maturation and Aging: in oak barrels of l.225 for 15 months; aging in bottle for a minimum of 8 months.
