- Grapes: 50% Merlot, 50% Cabernet Sauvignon;
- Production Area: Suvereto, Tuscany, Italy
- Production per hectare: 50 quintals
- Harvest period: mid-September;
- Winemaking system: maceration on the skins for 25 days at a controlled temperature;
- Maturation and Aging: in oak barrels from lt. 225 for 6-8 months and bottle aging for a minimum of 6 months
